Piercing dried limes
Plant-based
Keep your screen awake while you cook or follow a guide.
Dried limes need to be pierced before cooking; however, the goal here is to pierce the limes and not your fingers! To accomplish this, grasp a dried lime firmly with a set of tongs. Using a sharp knife, poke several holes in the dried lime. The tongs prevent injury by keeping your fingers far from any slips of the knife.
